PROBLEM :
1.SCREEN FREEZE AND PHONE REBOOT AUTOMATICALLY:
Many users have experienced such problem that the screen freezes from time to time and the phone reboot automatically even in the device locked state. To resolve this we have to reboot the phone. The cause can be any application error, hardware issue,network issue,etc. For fixing this permanently you can do a factory reset : Settings-> Backup & Reset->Factory data reset
