How to solve Google Play Store errors and cause







These are the most common errors in the google play store.If you encounter any other problems from Google Play, feel free to share your experiences in the comments and forum.

Google Play - Error 491
Problem: Downloads and updates impossible.
Solution: Remove Google account goto->settings-> accounts and Google -> remove account.
Reboot your Android and add the account once again. Then,go to settings->Apps and click ‘All apps'. Goto Google Services, click clear data then force stop.

Google Play - Error 498

Problem: Interruption of downloads from the Google Play Store
Solution: The problem is cache of device is full. So,delete useless apps. Reboot in recovery mode press volume down, power and home or volume down and power. Select wipe cache partition from options with the volume rocker. Then, confirm using the power button.

Google Play - Error 919

Problem:Downloading app works but not open after being downloaded.
Solution: There is no more space on your Android. Delete all useless data: music, videos or applications.

Google Play - Error 413

Problem: Downloading applications or updates not work.
Solution: Goto Settings-> Apps-> All-> Goto Google Services ->clear data then, force stop. Do the same with the Google Play Store app.

Google Play - Error 923

Problem:The download not occur or start due to  error while syncing Google account or insufficient cache memory.
Solution:Remove Google account and delete any useless applications. Reboot your device in recovery mode. Select wipe cache partition then ,set up your Google account again.

Google Play - Error 921

Problem: You can’t download an app.
Solution: Do clearing the cache of the Google Play Store . If this not work, clear Play Store application data. If problem still there, remove Google account, reboot device and login. 

Google Play - Error 403

Problem: The download not start. cause is  when two Google accounts used to purchase application on one device.
Solution: Goto Google Play Store with proper Google account. Uninstall the application, then try to load the app from Google Play again.

Google Play - Error 492

Problem: not easy to install an application due to the Dalvik cache.
Solution: Gotosettings, Apps, All,Google Services,select clear data, and then force stop.
Follow the same for Google Play Store app.
At last, try deleting the Dalvik cache from custom recovery mode (only root).

Google Play - Error 927

Problem: The download is not occur because an update of Play Store is running.
Solution: Wait until the Google Play Store is upgraded. If the problem still, go to settings, then Apps,All and Google Services,clear data and then force stop.
Follow the same for Google Play Store.
You have probably guessed by now that there is a standard way of alleviating some of these errors and if there is a problem other than those mentioned above, you could try following the same steps. Always be careful when wiping your data or doing a factory/data reset, this will get rid of your saved pics, files, contacts etc, so make sure you backup all your data beforehand.
